The apartment is based in a building with an exclusive design. This and the area itself, surrounded by maritime pine forests, have set the direction for color choice with predominant colors of forest and amber. The recreation area had to be adapted to several scenarios of the hosts and guests so that there are as many open spaces as possible and no small, dark rooms remain but still would have private space if needed. That is why it consists of two easily transforming areas. A sliding openwork glass partition is used for this purpose. The enclosed master bedroom and bathroom are an extension of the openwork partitions, forming enclosed private spaces that can be fully opened and connected to the common space of the apartment by creating a spacious living room.
