New Asko showroom in Melbourne

Home appliance brand Asko has opened its showroom in Melbourne. The space was designed by the Australian bureau  DKO under the direction of Michael Drescher. The interior is a local interpretation of Scandinavian motifs with references to the history of the Swedish brand.

The goal of the studio project was to create a comfortable environment for all visitors – designers, architects, buyers, and retailers, as well as to demonstrate iconic equipment from the Asko collections.

The showroom was filled with warm neutral shades, reflecting the character of the brand. Natural materials, wood, and natural stone contrast with steel details in the interior. The lounge area now has comfortable Scandinavian chairs on a soft carpet, where you can sit comfortably to relax and discuss the details of a future purchase. Nearby there is a kitchen area where Asko chefs can prepare dishes and demonstrate all the features of innovative technology.
