7 places in the house where artificial flowers will look great

In an empty corner, by the TV, or above the bed, we have collected ideas on how best to decorate the house with artificial plants.

1. By the sofa

A large artificial plant in a large planter will help fill the empty space by the sofa. It can be a palm tree or a monstera. When choosing a product, pay special attention to its quality. On large parts, such as leaves or trunk, it will be easier to notice poor-quality coating or staining. Choose products that reliably imitate natural textures and shades, because a large plant immediately attracts attention.

2. Above the bed

You can decorate the head of the bed in different ways, including inanimate plants. If there is an open shelf above the bed, put artificial flowers on it. It is better to place several compact products side by side to create a lush green composition. It is important to regularly maintain cleanliness on this shelf wipe and wash each flower, otherwise, a beautiful decorative solution will turn into a source of dirt and dust.

3. By the TV

If the TV area has a chest of drawers or shelves, you can decorate them with a couple of plants in flowerpots or bouquets. The empty space next to the TV is best decorated with larger artificial flowers: for example, exotic palm trees in a floor planter. There may even be several of them if the place and the general style of the interior allow. In order for artificial plants to look harmonious, the room should not be overloaded with unnecessary things.

4. On the dressing table

A small beautiful bouquet of artificial flowers will decorate the dressing table in the bedroom, decorated in any style. Such a bouquet can be a good alternative to natural flowers, especially if you have no time to care for them or if one of the family members has an allergy. Choose flowers and dried flowers for a composition that is as close as possible in shape and texture to natural plants.

5. On the coffee table

Another good way to decorate a room with an artificial bouquet or a small potted plant is to put it on the coffee table by the sofa. The flower can be combined with other decorative elements such as candles, figurines, or books. But avoid putting together with living plants in pots or vases. Even the best-made composition against the background of a real flower will look less attractive.

6. In an empty corner

You can fill an empty corner in a room in different ways: put a lamp, an armchair, a bookcase, or a floor vase. Suitable for this and an artificial plant. Choose the size of the flower based on the available free space. If there is a lot of space, large varieties of palm trees and other exotic plants will do. If there is not enough space, it is better to put something more miniature like an artificial ficus in the corner.

7. On the kitchen worktop

Another place where fake plants will look great is on the kitchen countertop. Place the flower pot in an empty corner or where there is free space. Just keep the decoration away from the stove and the place where you are cooking so that it does not get oil or grease stains and dirt.
