Each material has its own advantages and disadvantages. The stone is not afraid of water, but it is expensive and very heavy – a reinforced base will be required for fixation. How to make a table from a windowsill

Important: if there is a heating radiator under the window, there must be special holes in the table. Otherwise, it will be very hot to sit behind it, and condensation will appear on the windows.

Additional table in the kitchen
A window sill table in a small kitchen can become an additional work surface. For a tiny one-room apartment, this will be a real salvation, but you can also imagine it in a country house – if you want to install the sink opposite the window and admire the beautiful view while washing dishes .
