Actress Emma Stone, who recently won a Golden Globe for her role in Yorgos Lanthimos’ dark fantasy comedy “Poor Things,” has put her Spanish Revival-style home in Los Angeles on the market.
The actress purchased the four-bedroom house built in 1926 in 2019 for $2.3 million. She updated the interiors and also expanded the kitchen at the back of the house, adding vaulted ceilings. The ceilings in the living room are also noteworthy – they attract attention with beams and a light green color. A large fireplace adds coziness to the space. The walls in almost all the rooms are white – a blank canvas for future owners and an excellent backdrop for the bright accents already placed: furniture and decor in pink, turquoise, and green.
In addition to the main house of 304 sq. meters, on the territory, there is a separate guest house with its kitchen, bedroom, and laundry room. And next to the kitchen is a sun-drenched outdoor entertaining courtyard that still features the original terracotta tiles.
In addition to this house in the Westwood area, in Los Angeles, Emma Stone also owns real estate in New York and Austin. Plus, last year she sold her modernist Malibu home for $4.4 million.
The home is on the market for $3.995 million. The listing agent is Eric Lavie of Sotheby’s International Realty – Beverly Hills Brokerage.
